These terms and conditions of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Covenant Family services (operating as covads.com) and you.
By accessing and use of covads.com and our mobile applications, as well as any service and data available by same (together referred to as the platform) you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
In case you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions or you are ineligible to be bound by these terms and conditions, then do not access the platform.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time for any reason with or without prior notice to you.
All services offered by the platform are offered “as is”.
The platform has no control over and does not guarantee the legality, quality or availability of goods and services on the platform. The platform expressly disclaims any liability of any form in connection to the information posted by users on the platform.
You are to check the goods/services before payment and to request the seller to provide proper documents confirming compliance of the goods/services with relevant laws and standards.
You accept that you are solely liable for your safety and you understand that you should meet with sellers/job providers in safe public locations you are also solely responsible for conducting due diligence when you are invited for job interviews.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the details of your account and that you are fully responsible and liable for any activity performed using your account details.
No minor (anyone below the minimum legal age) is permitted to use this platform. By using the platform, you warrant to us that you are not a minor.
The platform has the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform with or without notice if you breach any of these terms and conditions.
You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with the above terms, conditions, and requirements.
Your interaction with other users of the platform is solely between you and such users. By using the platform, you agree that the Platform will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of any such interactions.
In case there is a dispute between you and another user (s), the platform is under no obligation to become involved.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. You accept sole responsibility for your use of any such third-party links
The Platform is mostly free to use but contains some paid services/packages. Paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise provided for explicitly by law.
Prohibited Items/Services
The following are banned on the platform:
- Pornography and sexual materials
- Alcohol
- Weapons, firearms, and dangerous objects
- Reference(s) to website(s) competing with the Platform
- Ponzi schemes/scam
- Copy right violations
- Counterfeit, stolen, and all illegal goods and services
You accept to indemnify the platform of any claim including costs and legal fees, made by you and any third party arising from your use of the Platform.
Nonetheless anything to the contrary contained herein, you agree that the total liability of the platform to you for all claims arising from the use of the platform is limited to 500.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
Any dispute arising out of your use of the platform shall be settled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
